Job Summary
Smithson is looking for Online Marketing Trainer to work with our team in Duhok. The successful candidate must have at least 7 years of experience. Work duration will be 35 days. Below is a summary of the responsibilities and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Mentoring, coaching in the area of Digital Marketing;
- Providing in-class training on Digital Marketing;
- Preparing assignments, preparing course materials;
- Ensure the availability of the resources to deliver the training courses in-house to support the competency development of digital marketing;
- Conducting a pre-test to assess the trainees knowledge;
- Overall, all skill development of each enrolled student, train them specifically through classes and assignments; and
- Helping learners in the practical execution of the digital concept.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- 4 years of experience in Online Marketing and 3 years of training experience in Online Marketing;
- Written and oral proficiency in English and Arabic languages;
- Experience in a professional setting;
- Candidate should be well-versed with the works and training modules related to Internet Marketing;
- Should have strong hands on Digital Marketing Strategy, Search Engine Optimization, Content Marketing, affiliate marketing, Mobile Marketing ability to meet multiple, sometimes conflicting deadlines;
- Should have strong experience in digital marketing functions Knowledge in Social Media Marketing and Able to Set-up Paid ads in Facebook Adverts, Twitter and LinkedIn;
- Ability to conduct training programs, workshops or delivering talks on Digital concepts Google certifications will be added advantage.
