Job Summary
Smithson is looking for an Adobe Premiere and After Effects Trainer to work with our team in Duhok. The successful candidate must have at least 7 years of experience. Work duration will be 25 days. Below is a summary of the responsibilities and qualifications.

Adobe Premiere
The trainer is expected to deliver the following points to the participants:
- Teach the participants the advanced workflows to enhance their postproduction work, including visual effects, color correction, grading and exporting;
- Teach the participants the advanced techniques such as 3D tracking, color correction and grading;
- Explain the keying techniques in Adobe Premiere, such as Luma Mattes and Spill Suppression;
- Explain the animation, deeper modes of expression; and
- Gaining knowledge on Photoshop, Speed Grade, and Audition integrate with Premiere.
Adobe After Effects
The trainer is expected to deliver the following points to the participants:
- The basics of creating projects, compositions, and layers;
- Importing footage, including video, audio, and still images;
- Creating special effects using the Effects menu;
- Creating animation for shapes, objects, and layers;
- Adding and animating text;
- Drawing shapes;
- Animating shapes;
- Creating and using masks and track mattes;
- Working in 3D;
- Using the puppet tools to create animated characters and effects; and
- Extracting and removing objects from layers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering, IT or equivalent;
- 4 years of experience in working with Adobe applications is mandatory and at least 3 years of training experience;
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences;
- Written and oral proficiency in English and Arabic languages;
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects and their learning principles;
- Adequate knowledge of learning management software;
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities;
- Should also have good presentation and communication skills, an appreciation of cultural diversity, and a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

Smithson is looking for a Videography Trainer to work with our team in Duhok. The successful candidate must have at least 7 years of experience. Work duration will be 15 days. Below is a summary of the responsibilities and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- How to operate video cameras, on location or in the studio, in the production of professional pre-recorded programming;
- How to design, transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions;
- The right methods of computer edits video segments on a variety of tape and digital formats;
- Provide tips and advises on complete trouble and preventive maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment; assists in repair and upkeep of studio and production sets and properties;
- How to maintain equipment inventory and field and studio production schedules; and
- How to perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in college of Fine Arts, or related field;
- At least 4 years of experience in the design and implementation of Videography and at least 3 years of training experience in the field of Videography;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is a plus;
- Ability to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform repairs to audio and video equipment.
- Records maintenance skills;
- Ability to configure, operate and maintain studio and/or field audio, lighting and associated production equipment;
- Knowledge of computerized tape editing applications and procedures;
- Knowledge of professional audio and/or video tape editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards.

Responsibilities
- Mentoring, coaching in the area of Digital Marketing;
- Providing in-class training on Digital Marketing;
- Preparing assignments, preparing course materials;
- Ensure the availability of the resources to deliver the training courses in-house to support the competency development of digital marketing;
- Conducting a pre-test to assess the trainees knowledge;

Qualifications

- Should have strong experience in digital marketing functions Knowledge in Social Media Marketing and Able to Set-up Paid ads in Facebook Adverts, Twitter and LinkedIn;
- Ability to conduct training programs, workshops or delivering talks on Digital concepts Google certifications will be added advantage.
